House Party is a 75-minute interval training choreographed class designed to be sassy, fun and challenging (both brain and body).
Workout elements include: dance, martial arts, balance work, strength training, and core conditioning.
House Party: Brewery Edition
Coach: Rayn Hookala
When: Thursday June 9th and Thursday June 23rd (6-7pm)
Similar format to our signature House Party class ... but held in the brewing area at Uncle Bear's Brewery & Taproom.
This 55-minute choreographed interval training group fitness class will be cardio-focused and bodyweight only. Workout elements include: dance, martial arts, balance work, strength training, and core conditioning.
BONUS - stay after class and have a cold beverage with your friends!
